Once your booking has been accepted and the payment has been received, any cancellation will incur a 10% fee on the total amount to cover credit card processing fees. If you cancel less than 48 hours from your rental pickup time then a 50% cancellation fee applies to the day of pickup. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your rental pickup time, we can not make any type of refund.
